I have never seen that ramp with a cover. I can't imagine covering it for any other reason. It is steep ramp at all.

he still has to get on and off his airplanes, which is getting harder and harder for him to do without almost face-planting. The vehicle is almost touching the steps as it is now - he literally only has to take a couple steps to get into the car.

Something is wrong and he can't hide it anymore. Fumbling through every speech he gives and flailing up and down steps and ramps isn't really good for his attacks on Joe Biden. Using covers like this is only going to create more speculation that there is something that might make him physically unfit for office...
