is government stationery. The Biden Treasury Dept. will have to recoup all of these campaign expenditures using the people's resources. We are going to need a special task force to deal with the little crimes because the big crime task force will have their hands full.

This illegal memorandum is a sham. It is just the latest baseless, petty and divisive move by President Trump to distract from his abject failure to protect Americans from COVID-19. With more than 185,000 lives lost on his watch, we won’t forget.

The president cannot and will not defund us. He is not a dictator and laws still apply to him.

While we’re calling our lawyers, he should call his public health experts. This will not stand.

Um, there are NO jurisdictions in the United States that are "Anarchist jurisdictions."

Anarchists! Marxists! Communists! Soshulists!! Antifa! Boo! Scare! Scare! Scare!!! (this is not 1952.)

Dwight D. Eisenhower, Supreme Commander, Anti-fa(cists).

Perhaps we ought spell out A-n-t-i- F-a-s-c-i-s-t every time. Hard to be "Pro-fascist" when it's spelled out, no?

Just sayin'

TL R - the president's ability to shift funding depends on the degree to which appropriation legislation has restricted the Office of Management and Budget's ability to reapportion funds within each budget account.
