11. The companies making the prospective vaccines

are the ones who have to submit the proper paperwork to get early approval. The CDC/FDA cannot just approve a vaccine on their own. You can bet liability issues will be front and center before ANY private sector company asks for early approval.

But there are a lot of vaccines in the works with a few more moving into phase 3 trials right now. I think it's entirely possible there will be at least one vaccine approved by the end of the year, but it won't be by election day.

Granted, it is not exactly a "bogus" vaccine. It does work. However, it does not work to the extent (knowingly falsely) claimed by the company.

I am sure there are many more occasions than have ever made it through the courts.
