but yes, I think Putin does and the uncontrolled pandemic just adds to his goal of destroying American from within. Death, chaos, and the destruction of our democracy is a dream come to true to Putin. I'm sure even he is amazed at how much he has accomplished in less than four years. It’s my understanding that the rug was pulled on fighting the pandemic the day after it was announced that mostly Black people were dying. That was back in early April.

It was reported that Black and Hispanic people have a significantly higher chance of dying if they contract Covid-19 than white people do. I agree with you that may very well have influenced Trump's response, or rather the lack of it.
