the right and duty of administering elections. I doubt that any state will have forgotten to mention that voting twice in the same election is a no-no, nor left it out just because it is also Federal Law. States' Rights is because they don't trust the Feds.

If GOP voters use their mail-in ballot to vote, then that's the vote that gets registered. They can show up at the polls on election day, but they won't be allowed to vote a 2nd time. They'll get turned away because they have already voted.

This scheme of Chump's is simply going to do one thing - it will cause havoc at the polls on election day.

Nobody will be allowed to vote a 2nd time whether they are Repukes or Dems (or neither.) However the more screaming angry people there are at the polls on November 3rd, the harder it's going to be for people who didn't mail their votes. They'll have to wade through all this crazy shit and voting will take 3 times as long. Don't forget the main purpose of mail-in voting was to prevent this from happening.
