can be misused. We have seen it happen in isolated cases but now we are seeing wholesale destruction of our systems - all at once. There was once a contract among citizens that had boundaries ruled by ethics and morality. We even had something called manners which served to show respect for the existence of other people. One man and an entourage of the weak minded have taught us how fragile those contracts really were.
