it's a binary digit. A one or a zero. A yes or a no. Either it happened or it didn't. If it didn't, there is no reason whatsoever for Kelly not to come out and say it didn't happen. In fact he should be OBLIGATED to. But he hasn't.

Silence is confirmation in a situation like this.
