Jacob Blake, whose shooting sparked protests in Kenosha, speaks from hospital bed in emotional video
Jacob Blake, the Black man who was shot by a police officer in Kenosha, Wis., in late August, spoke from a hospital bed, describing his physical pain and appealing to others to change yall lives in an emotional video released by his lawyer Saturday night.

It was Blakes second public appearance since being shot seven times in the back in late August by Rusten Sheskey, a Kenosha police officer. The shooting left Blake paralyzed from the waist down.
Every 24 hours, its pain, Blake said. It hurts to breathe. It hurts to sleep. It hurts to move from side to side. It hurts to eat.
Blake first appeared on Friday for court, dressed in a blue button-up shirt and yellow tie. He is accused of one felony third-degree sexual assault and misdemeanor criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
