PT Boat Squadron 33 and PT-489 in the Pacific:

http://www.navsource.org/archives/12/05489.htm

His boat PT-489 was also known as "Eight Ball"

His squadron commander was LCDR Arthur Murray Preston, USNR who was awarded the Medal of Honor for his actions in rescuing a downed pilot:

His PT-489 skipper was Lt. Wilfred Benjamin Tatro Jr, USNR, who was awarded the Navy Cross and the Purple Heart for the same action:

The crew, including Harvey Hafter (sic), received Silver Stars.

Yeah, I'd love to see him and that fat orange bastard who calls himself POTUS in the same room.

We lost him to cancer in 1990. He was in a PT Boat at the end of his life. These men were strong, they were loyal, they were brave. Trump is outclassed by every one of them.

Boy, did he sum up the Orange Draft Dodger to a tee. What a righteous rant and spot on!

I hope this goes viral but you just know it will never be seen on TV. Older folks who might be considering voting for the ignoramus/yellow-bellied coward need to see this guy.

they are missing a golden opportunity. They need to run it as it is, without the soppy piano music.

was awarded the Silver Star, the Distinguished Flying Cross and a few other awards. He commanded a flight and always put the his pilots' welfare above that of his own. He passed away a few years ago but was about the same height and weight as this gentleman.

Men and women like these understood what it meant to put the well being of others ahead of their own. I miss my dad but am glad he didn't live long enough to see us come to this.

By the way, what would be the best way to share this video to FB?

All the veterans in my family from that war and WW1 have passed - some as a result of their wounds. Nobody in our family thought of them as suckers or losers.
I'm glad someone from that generation was able to speak so strongly and credibly for them.

Up to you, Trumpy.

My dad was in the Army and he served in the Western New Guinea Campaign, fighting in the Battle of Morotai, which lasted from 15 September 1944 to the end of the war. Our forces, fortunately, vastly outnumbered the Japanese on the island, but the radar platoons that supported the airstrip, were under sniper fire pretty much the whole time. My dad was in one of those platoons.

He was not a loser, and not a sucker. He entered military service, received training, was deployed, saw combat while serving honorably, and received an honorable discharge.

Those men on that island, those American marines, sailors, airmen and soldiers who fought and bled their way across the Pacific were not losers.

We honor the 285,000 Americans who fought in the Pacific in the Second World War. It was bloody - 111,606 Americans died in battle or ended up missing in action, and the 253,142 who were wounded, many maimed for life. They were not losers, they were not suckers.

This vet is right. Who the hell does Trump think he is?

It is Donald Trump who is the loser.

They Were Expendable

They Were Expendable is a 1945 American war film directed by John Ford, starring Robert Montgomery and John Wayne, and featuring Donna Reed. The film is based on the 1942 book by William Lindsay White, relating the story of the exploits of Motor Torpedo Boat Squadron Three, a PT boat unit defending the Philippines against Japanese invasion during the Battle of the Philippines (1941–42) in World War II.

While a work of fiction, the book was based on actual events and people.

he would not like this wuss calling himself a CIC. MY father and I both served in the U.S.Army. He, Normandy beach, Patton's Red Ball Express, The Ardennes, Chosin Reservoir-Korean Conflict ad we were in both in Vietnam during the Tet Offensive. And yeah many lost their lives and according to this CIC, they were "suckers" and "losers". GOD!!!! I hate this guy.
