Let me say this.
I disagree with Malloy that Biden will lose.

But what Malloy says about how to counter fascism and how to overcome it,reading from a survivor of fascism makes total sense.

Appeals to morality does not fight fascism.

Biden needs to call trump a fascist,warn people that if they vote trump they'll be poorer,less secure ,less free,discrimination will be codified into law ,and people,even you could die.
Trump hates democracy and he hates the American people..

Biden needs to warn people what trump plans to do to them to ruin thier lives and make survival harder.

I think this is a good approach.everybody wants to survive.

I disagree with malloys statement of Biden losing.

But if Biden wants a guaranteed landslide warn people,tell them what fascism is and what it will do to them..

This the part I agree with in this Mike Malloy episode.

I am not putting it here to upset people. I think when it talks about countering fascism it makes a lot of sense.
Wish Biden could listen and use some of this info in his campaign.

28. This election isn't going to be pretty, no matter the outcome.

Stating the obvious, if Biden wins, Chump will be off the rails for his final two months in office, and will tie up whatever he can in the courts...a real mess. If Chump wins, then we have more problems because he'll have free reign for the next four years.

Biden will have a very full plate once he walks in the door. The clean-up of Chump's legacy will be enormous, time challenging, and life sucking. Joe and Kamala will spend the first year just getting us back to some kind of normalcy - time, by the way, I'm willing to grant them because the task will be "huuuuuge". First, they need to get their occupancy permit on Nov. 3.

I swing between excitement about our ticket to despair if this time is also stolen away from the Dems. The polls don't interest me after the debacle of 2016; I no longer have any faith or trust in them. I won't allow myself to get over-confident as I did for Hillary, only to be pushed into a pit of depression. I'm working, donating, and voting for Joe and Kamala because I believe in them, and they are our hope for our future.

Biden needs to drive home to voters that the stock market (which is artifically inflated by the Fed shoveling cheap money) and the economy are not the same thing. Regular people are being shit on while the big corps are bailed out. This is the message which will guarantee us the Midwest ie help us with working class whites and latinos which Biden needs to improve with, as well as progressives.

-Covid mishandling. he downplayed it to prop up the market while the bodybags piled up.
-Chaos. violence, crime and racial unrest are a result of Trump's intentional divisiveness as he thinks it helps him politically.
-Corporations. big corps are riding high with 'free money' while regular folks (small biz and workers) get shit on and sent into the pandemic to die for the 1 percent.
-healthCare - very important for most people including many who have lost their coverage due to losing their job.

Covid, chaos, corps and healthcare - those are the messages to hit on. Trump has no comeback for this, game over as long as we turn out the vote.

Thom Hartmann, Michelangelo Signorile, Chris Hayes, Rachel Maddow ... every day, and there is a limit to how much time I am able to spend listening to these kinds of shows. However, I will listen to this one show when I have the time. And thanks for posting it.

And if that's REALLY what Malloy says, I hope he's wrong. GOD, I hope he's wrong.
