This is an effect of dementia, as most of us realize. Remember Reagan's 2nd term, when Nancy went everywhere with him? She was the one who made sure he "remembered" to get on the helicopter.

I think it's very close. BTW, I love the version of that song. It was originally done by Tears for Fears but this version is by Gary Jules and I think it is the better one.
