Wanted: A few weeks ago, some countries relaxed US travel bans for travelers from some US states

I think the states were NY, NJ, CT and one or two others. However, I can't find a link to the articles anymore because my googling skills generally suck.

Was I imagining this or did it happen?

3. This is not being talked about enough!

US citizens cannot travel to most of the world's countries still because of our mishandling of Covid-19.

I have a Right Wing brother in law and I mentioned to him how US citizens cannot travel abroad right now and he asked why, like he had no idea.

This is an embarrassment of the Trump administration that we need to highlight more.
