He disparages them and everyone else.

Democrats, Republicans, scientists, his own appointed cabinet level appointees, and even his followers.

His most famous statement that "I could shoot someone on 5th avenue and my supporters would still support me" is really a cynical and disparaging comment on how stupid and evil his own supporters are.

He disparages his own children, siblings, everyone.

He disparages everyone except his beloved idol, Vladimir Putin, who has put a bounty on the heads of our soldiers, a tactic that Trump probably admires as being clever and cost effective.
