but we really need to start thinking about the "what if" of POTUS doing what he has threaten to do if the election doesn't turn out the way he wants. We need to start laying the foundation of what we are going to do, so as not to be caught off guard!
POTUS has stated on tape that he might declare a Presidential Emergency Action Document (PEAD), suspend our Constituion, and declare our election "null and void".
How will you react? More importantly, how will your Republican family, friends and neighbors react?
Ask them!

(26,727 posts)I suspect that if I ask how my "Republican family, friends and neighbors" will react... they will ask me to prove that he "stated on tape" that he might suspend the Constitution and declare the election null and void.
we can do it

(111,069 posts)In my opinion, Democrats should be ready to impeach as soon as the election is over. Just because Joe Biden might win, does not mean the threat is over. The period between November 3rd and January 20th is extremely dangerous, in my opinion. Nancy and the Democrats should be holding the Articles of Impeachment over his head at that moment. But only if Democrats take back the Senate. It would be worthless to have another whitewash by Mitch McConnell.
