jfc. Give me a goddamned break. The GOP wanted to impeach Obama when two Americans died from Ebola back in 2014. And Biden & co. NEVER "downplayed" the virus. He was warning us back in January that this was going to be a disaster if we didn't do something. I hate liars and the Republican party is nothing but.

No one asked any president to be perfect (except Obama).

Donald Trump, impeached pResident, downplayed and CHOSE to lie to the American people.
All the way through February and into March. Then, he callously signaled his militia gun nuts to intimidate Democratic governors when statistics emerged about the disparity between white covid death rates and Black and Latinx rates. He wanted it to kill democrats and people of color. He had his HHS silence and censor Dr. Fauci so kids would go back to school.

Criminal negligence. Willful deception. Lying sack of reconstituted bovine waste.
