They’ll be so crippled by their own actions that they’ll have to start a new party from scratch. History will remember this Administration and this Senate forever. The Republican Party will rue the day...

This doesn't smell right to me. It reminds me of on election night when he said "We are going to need a miracle". I had a bad feeling in my gut that there was something afoot. I don't like this.
