Obama said that Joe can never keep to his schedule because he stops and talks to everyone.

He's not sitting on the toilet tweeting while watching Fox News. And he will actually be working hard most of the time as President of that I have no doubt

I always tell her the start of something is at least 1/2 hour before it is and she is usually on time. They can give more time between events. Work with it, and the frustration level will diminish.

I see this all the time. We went to a restaurant in town and haven't been back: the entire staff walked around in masks, with their noses uncovered.

In fact, at one place, not long after I talked to the manager he started wearing his mask below his nose.

The only restaurant we go to currently is one that strictly adheres to the guidelines. All the staff is very young and they're wonderful. We've having just about all of our meals at home, though, these days.

a sign discouraging mask use, and now we'll never go there again. If they go under, I want to make sure they know why though, and that's why I say something, and then leave.

I wear them, and when my nose is completely covered it fogs up my glasses and doesn't go away until I uncover my nose again.

They were just wearing them that way because, that's how they want to do it. One of them told me, "When you wear these for nine hours, you can't breathe." Tell the doctors and nurses who wear full gear.

A friend of mine's mother has COPD, but she manages. She wears a mask religiously; if she feels out of breath, she leaves the premises, waits outside until she feels better, puts the mask back on and goes back in.

The tip was to place a rolled-up Kleenex under the mask, across the bridge of your nose. Keeps your exhalations from being directed upward and onto your glasses.

But I get a sense it's because he's constantly yelling at his handlers about whatever the current mess of the day for him is.

Joe is talking to people. Deadbeat Donnie is just being passive aggressive. Psychology today:

"...being late, especially egregiously or repeatedly late, sends out the message, “I am more important than you”. Of course, one can, and often does, send out a message without it being true—indeed, precisely because it isn't true. Thus, a person may be late because he feels inferior or unimportant, and being late is a way for him to impose himself on a situation, attract maximal attention, and even take control of proceedings."

I didn't mind waiting as long as I had to in the waiting room, because I knew the doctor was listening to her prior patient, just as she always listened to me. Never rushing them out for the next appointment. Go Joe and Kamala!

This is going back around 25 years ago.

After missing meeting my parents at Gridiron, Hillary invited them to the White House for a 5 minute chat just to make up for it. After the five minutes were up, an aide popped in to remind her that she was supposed to do something else. She told the aide to push everything back for half an hour because she was "having a delightful time with these people."

Now, my parents WERE kinda cool, but for FLOTUS to push back her day's schedule half an hour for them was still something special.
