VERY sarcastic Hooray! for them.

It's almost as if some states see a competition for who can have the most cases or deaths. Of course, the Dakotas and Iowa have a very long way to go to catch up with the top states in that category, but gotta kind of admire their pluck. Again, sarcasm.

But look at this site, and sort by the deaths per million column.
