...but then satire is pretty much obsolete these days.

My guess is that it's sincere. Notice the rather slimmed down, buff Drumpf trunk in the style of Ben Garrison and Jon McNaughton. If you don't know who those two are, just use your favorite search engine to find out. You won't thank me.
