The game involves 3 people: Two participants, and one "caller".

Each of the two participants stick one thumb in their mouth, and their other thumb up their ass.

Then, after a certain amount of time which is determined by the caller, the caller will dramatically yell "SWITCH"!

The game can go on for hours.

The first participant to drop out is the loser of the game.
