From the get go, when it came out that this was effecting minorities disproportionately I knew that that meant that the Reps would be less likely to want to do anything about it. Some of them are just flat out Neo Nazis and think reducing their numbers is great. Others just think about their voting blocks not being affected.
And another thing you can see they are thinking about too, and this has been more overt, is that the old people it's killing were a drag on the health care system so them dying saves us money in the long run to them.
They're that sick.

that puts a clear picture on everything. Race, health care, justice. And it is as it has been for 400+ years. A continuation of American race policy.
