I grew up in a fairly affluent neighborhood. No boxes there that I remember.

I live in the suburbs now; there’s a blue box up at the grocery a few blocks away. Not in the neighborhood.

I just find that an odd meme.

But go to the very well off area and they exist inside the neighborhoods on street corners. I doubt they will be carted off by the lunatic USPS "leader". Ie the point of the joke.
