If it went to the Supreme Court, who would be involved?

I mean, if the results of the election are somehow contested long after the election, and it ends up with the Supreme Court as in 2000, would the entire panel of judges be involved?

Wouldn't the justices appointed by Trump be required to recuse themselves?

Honest question here.

But we all know the Trump people have no integrity. I don't see any of them recusing themselves. And they will rule in Trump's way as well.

SCOTUS would hear it as a whole like any other case. And none would recuse as its not required. No one can make a SCOTUS justice recuse themselves, they can only do so voluntarily. And likely none would for such a big and consequential case.

They set their own rules, and there is no provision to recuse.
All but certain none would choose to do so.

Remember when Bush successfully kept them from counting all the votes, on the grounds that it would do him irreparable harm?
