Yet Trump isn't so much a unilateralist as he is an agent for radical changes in alliances -- for example, his relationship with Russian interests. And to understand how he has been able to accomplish as much as he has in this, one needs to closely examine his relationship with the "informal" group in DC known as "the Fellowship" (or "the Family" ), and its growing relationship with Russian interests. When Trump was talking to reporters on the White House lawn, and uttered his seemingly strange "I am the choosen one" line, he was parroting the Fellowship's mantra.
