Rep. Jackson Lee stops deportation of woman claiming forced sterilization

Rep. Jackson Lee stops deportation of woman claiming Fallopian tube removed without consent at ICE facility.

Really? ICE tries to deport a witness one day after accusations are made? How many more women have already been deported? How many more facilities are involved?

I suspect they were women who were raped and impregnated by ICE officers. It is easier to claim a health problem that required them to have a hysterectomy than say they were aborting a baby. GOP can't let these people breed but if the get pregnant by rape they can't let their extreme right religious know it was an actual abortion.

these surgeries, but it could be the case. A year ago, Politico ran an article about thousands of border agents who were hired in a rush after 9-/11, without vetting. Several turned out to be rapists. Some had murder records and one was a serial killer. Others had convictions for domestic violence.

Their pasts came out only when they committed their crimes again on detainees, but several complaints were ignored and never investigated.

She has an 11 year old daughter that she hasn’t seen in three years. Her recent charge was supposedly shoplifting

That nothing can be done to the animals because it would be tampering with evidence. I'll bet the same principle would apply to deporting detainees involved in a legal probe or a lawsuit...deporting them would be tampering with evidence.
