Did Katie Porter Influence Redfield ?

I noticed ever since the below interaction between Katie Porter and Redfield he hadn't been whoring for Trump as much and actually been trying to do the right thing. But at the same time he also got less attention from the white house which seemed to ignore him or act like he didn't exist.
