Came across a random twitter thread praising Trump for lowering prescription drug prices

Now I pretty much ignore his executive orders, but after looking this up... There is no way the federal government could implement this. They may be able to control the medicare portion, but thats it. Right?

Walmart already has low insulin prices.
Medicare Pilot program has worked to lower insulin prices.
The WHO has pushed for lower prices too, beginning in January.

He's taking credit for other people's work.

He thinks he’s writing actual law with those.

But, say! How about an EO that orders any place that offers accommodations to Secret Service agents must be less than the nearest Red Roof Inn?

That will save a lot of money!
