If not decided by Jan 1st what happens in the House and Senate? Is it possible that the new House and Senate could be seated? If yes, and we get control ( of BOTH) Our investigation can begin in the Senate and house right?

I am convinced at least Roberts will vote with our side if Biden wins by a substantial margin.

(86,330 posts)The presidency may be in court for a time but the down ballot races will most likely be decided when mail in votes are counted. And yes, the new Congress can begin their work weeks before the inauguration.

(63,889 posts)This end game ends badly for them. If Nancy assumes office as President, we will have law and order at the helm. People will know what Democrats can do, will do and they will be better off as a result.
