But he was an institutionalist if nothing else. He wouldn't have done the stuff Barr has done. I can't believe I'm longing for the days of Sessions as AG.

He is part of the problem. While Barr scares me to death but Sessions was also part of the problem. The DOJ under Obama did a great job doing civil rights investigations of police departments.
