Postmaster DeJoy simply has to go.

No court order will change his policies.

Even if there were a veto-proof vote to rescind the pre-funding of the postal unions' retirements, that money would be held or worse, applied elsewhere, if not outright embezzled. It wouldn't go to fund the Post Office.
