Holy Hell, the line was hundreds of yards long outside the building and then there was a line inside the building. Amazing turn out on day 1. I did not wait as I will have plenty of opportunities to vote And next month they open additional early vote locations.

I am always excited to vote, and am fortunate that I am able to not have to wait on that line. There are a lot of places that I would not have that choice.

5. They looked more to me like lines than droves, but still, I get your point.

Droves of mountain goats and sheep being shepherded from Mustang district to other districts via Myagdi, on October 4, 2016. There’s an increased demand for the animals this Dashain festival.

6. These long lines make no sense to me. Why not go next Wednesday? Or the following Tuesday?

In my county, the early voting is M-F 8:30-4:30. Also open a couple of Saturdays in October.

9. My point is, the long lines defeat the purpose of early voting. It isn't a race.

There are many, many days that people can vote early in Virginia. Why endanger the health of yourself and others? Go when there is no line, and it can be done safely.

People are excited and want Fat Nixon OUT. Or maybe they're busy next Wednesday or the following Tuesday. People wait in insane lines for freakin' phones, why not for voting?

Stadiums are going to open up for voting as we get closer to the election -- you can't time a pandemic.
