Brush your gums as well as your teeth with toothpaste, mouthwash and baking soda vigorously. Use dental floss. Gargle with mouth wash for several seconds. Some people may not be able to use baking soda. This is not medical advice, just a home remedy.
Any other suggestions are welcomed.

(3,960 posts)I like to dissolve various essential oils into alcohol (Everclear) and place in small spray bottles.
I carry a spray bottle when I'm out in the world. It's very good for disinfecting the handles of such things as shopping carts and bathroom doors.

(3,960 posts)In my alcohol/essential oil sprays, the alcohol evaporates leaving a fine layer of scented oil. I like lavender, fir needle, lemongrass and some others.

And don't spray shit on your mask... just wash regularly with a mild soap.
