Georgia residents (or others in the know)...

I'm trying to figure out who the Senate candidates are and what are the current polling numbers....

This is what I need clarity on:

Raphael Warnock (D) Vrs. Kelly Loeffler (R) ?

Jon Ossoff (D) Vrs. David Perdue (R) ?

Are there two seats in the running at the same time? Do I have the correct candidates? If so, does anyone know what the poll numbers are in these races? I've googled and am getting conflicting information.

Thanks for your help (I'll also post in the Georgia forum).

Yes, it is Ossoff v. Perdue (plus a token Libertarian). Buns_of_Fire Sep 2020 #2

Kelly Loeffler was appointed by Brian Kemp to replace Johnny Isaacson, who retired for health reasons. That's why there are two senate races in Georgia in the same year.

Can't help you with the polling information. I always figure that the only poll that counts is the one on November 3rd! Would love for either Ossoff or Warnock to take one of these seats.

The race for Isakson's seat is a little more crowded. Yes, Warnock and Loeffler are there -- along with 18 more (the only two names I recognized were Doug Collins and Matt Lieberman). It's hard to see how this one won't result in a runoff.

That's the extent of my knowledge at this point. I don't know what the poll figures are, since my choice is set in concrete anyway.

Hope this helps a little.
