any election. Their numbers won’t change.

What may happen is that the Chamber of Commerce republicans may be shitting bricks right now, they don’t want extremists on the Court unless those extremists are pro-big business.

We will see, now, how good our hardball game is. Surely, Democratic leadership should have this scenario planned out. But, the emphasis shouldn’t be solely on the abortion issue, IMO.

the Inauguration. So, if she holds, we need two more republicans to block filling the seat until a President is sworn in January. Murkowski’s stance puts big pressure on Collins and Gardner, if they vote to go ahead, they definitely loose their seats easily. Also, the Republican Senator from Arizona will also be under pressure, as will Tillis.

But please take a breather -- nothing is guaranteed. There are many scenarios that can play out, and some of them are actually good.

the JA! There's A LOT of voters who are very disgusted by DT & will scramble to cast their vote for the Dem!

Did you see the LONG LINES in Va, to vote on the first day of early voting in Va.? It was out the door, down a walk, around another curve, and down another long walk.

Senator Murkowski, who isn’t up for election, has said that she won’t vote until after the President is sworn in. She referrred to what McConnell did in 2016 as her guidepost.

So far Murkowski and a Senator from Iowa appear to be no, if they hold, it would be a tie and Pence would break it.
