There will be no vote before the inauguration:
On Monday, Republican senator Lisa Murkowski said that filling a Supreme Court vacancy before 2021 would be a double standard, and she would not support it. Her GOP colleague Chuck Grassley, meanwhile, told NBC News that he also felt filling a vacancy would violate the partys 2016 standard and that he couldnt move forward with it, were he still the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

My guess is Collins comes out against a vote in a last ditch effort to save her ass in Maine. My guess is Gardner of Colorado will balk also, as will the republican from Arizona.
