People have already started voting for the next president. Use that in the argument.

Scalia died 7 months before voting started. This is way, way later. There are already people who cannot vote again for or against Trump, ever. There is no mechanism for them to pass judgement on any of his nominations now, and he will probably lose in November. Democratic accountability demands there are no more nominations. He doesn't have a mandate now.

but we need 4 decent Republicans to stop McConnell. They couldn't find 5 decent people in Sodom and Gomorrah.

Obama didn't get to replace Scalia because the Senate didn't want to do it, not because they actually cared about the election. They were only making excuses to look less corrupt with their voters, while they prayed Hillary would lose

As many of them as possible must know they are about to lose their job if they confirm Trump's nomination. We have to make sure they are seen as corrupt now. That includes McConnell; and it's time to tie him to his wife in Trump's cabinet. Point out how they are colluding, for money and power.

So much can change in the next 6 weeks.

On the other hand, I really doubt that anyone who was going to vote is "undecided" at this point.

It's up to voters - constituents - to convince enough Senators to reject their scandalous deal.

But if they don't they are enablers, and few will ever win an election again. And Democrats must expand the Court, hold this rogue administration accountable for its crimes, and enact statehood for DC and PR.

See Brett Kavanaugh
See Senate trial for impeached Trump
See Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan, Kevin McCarthy, Jeff Sessions, & Mike Pence they all
Russia was screwing with the elections

It is all about power to them.
