2) statehood for DC and puerto rico

thats 4 more senators

3) expand the court

4) add more district court judges.

5. My summary:

Heres the game plan: Work to get a Dem Senate and Biden and Harris in office. When that’s accomplished, hopefully this November, in January we proceed to pressure the Dems to get rid of the filibuster, ignore the Repugs screeching, expand the Supreme Court to 11-13 members, pack the lower courts too, remove incompetent and crooked judges installed by Repugs starting with Kavanaugh, purge the government of tRump appointees and rehire good people who left, reinstate a national voting rights law, admit D.C., Puerto Rico, and Guam to statehood, and adjust the number of House members to more accurately reflect population. This would all help make the government functional and less likely to be grabbed by fascists. We’re now without Ruth and need to get ruthless.

Don’t forget to prosecute absolutely all the law breakers and Russian bribe takers.

We need to do all of the above regardless of what the Repugs do between now and January 20th.

cant remove judges without a 2/3 vote via impeachment (never going to happen)
