Chuck Schumer serves notice to Republicans: ‘Nothing is off the table’ if they force Ginsburg replacement vote

Schumer’s comments signal an apparent willingness to pursue drastic reforms to the Supreme Court, including expanding the number of justices on the bench. Some Democratic senators have directly threatened this as a possibility.

I'm sure Biden will demur and distance himself from this a bit, but it's important that this is coming from people at the upper echelons of the Party, not just a few back-bench liberals.

BIDEN: I would not get into court packing. We had three justices. Next time around, we lose control, they add three justices. We begin to lose any credibility the court has at all.

Sure the Republicans would be less than helpful and may give him a pass anyway, but there is a lot of shady shit there with how his debts were paid off, that needs to be exposed. And they won't be able to block subpoenas.

all federal appointed judicial seats.
Expand the SCOTUS to 13 & lower court appointments to 100 - all DEMS!!
Abolish the EC & reverse all the Con's harmful policies.

There is so much for Joe & Kamala to do. Dear Lord please make November the Con's death knell.

There is a lot that was very fishy about the Kavanaugh appointment. I'm sure it won't take too much digging to find many illegal actions that occurred to make that happen.

Kavanaugh lied his way onto the Court, and Thomas has conflicts of interest through his wife.

Plus, knowing Trump anyone he puts up will be dirty. So, we're potentially looking at three impeachable justices, and maybe we can also find some shit on Gorsuch.

But we will likely have the 51 votes needed to add seats, states and pass democratic election rules like the Wyoming rule to make sure that a small minority of the country cannot dictate for the majority ever again.

We also need to adjust the voting districts so a Republican can't lose the popular vote by 3 million and win the election again.
