Sure, the Supreme Court should ALWAYS be on the ballot.

But it may be far too late to do anything about Ginsburg's replacement.

I guess Biden's best shot at a pick would be if something happened to Thomas. I can't imagine he would retire while Biden was in office.

We also don’t know that replacing RBG will happen as quickly as Mitch thinks it will.
