That's not going to happen.

They could certainly be defunded in a big way, but that will be by Congress, not the Supreme Court.

Either this pick is shot down or Dems expand the court. Either way this Majority is not going to stand.

Drumpf and the Senate are already on very thin ice and this is only going to make it worse for them.

Or call it the republican dilemma. They hate SS and Medicare. But Americans love them.

And always will.

Which is why no Supreme Court will rule them unconstitutional. The court would quickly be packed with judges who disagree.

Americans aren’t giving up those programs.

Even red states will vote for Jesus and Abortion until you threaten their benefits. Then Jesus and abortion moves to the back of the bus.

I was raised evangelical. It totally transactional. What’s in it for me.
