He was on cable on a beautiful Sunday when there's football, baseball and championship golf on TV. The audience was so limited.

I've never considered Joe Biden to be a great orator, but the more speeches he gives, the better and better he gets at delivering his message. His compassion and kindness come across and as he slows down his speaking and modulates his tone, it becomes more and more powerful.
