Trump says the November 3 election will "decide whether we end the pandemic" or not, meaning that re-electing him will end the pandemic that has caused 200,000 confirmed deaths under him and is not close to ending.

They were already sick to begin with.

Otherwise, they would not have died.

This stupid.

Wouldn't it be great if those fake mask wearing Trumplican's MAGA masks were made such that, over a short time, the chemical engineering of the mask dissolves the MAGA, the red turned blue, and, the new message reads "I'm for stupid!"

Trump claimed the US has “among the lowest case fatality rates of any country in the world.” This is not true: The US has one of the highest fatality rates per 100,000 population, at 57.97. Here is a map from Our World in Data of the rates per million:

...it's not true that he just directed that comment to children catching the virus, even though that is also a lie.

The Guardian lede is false, likely the spin Trump flacks will use to try and clean this up tomorrow.

It hurt, but the test was necessary because one of their school friends had it. Fortunately, they were negative, but it was a scary experience. Spanky wouldn't understand that, of course, because it's not about him.

...they aren't giving parents and even teachers information about infected children and others and even at that, numbers reported are rising in almost every segment of the country where schools are opening.

...there are virtual connections to be made, not the retail pressing of the flesh of primaries.

Look at the fundraising (and the consistent polling advantages in key states) and you'll see our party and nominee are reaching actual voters, not just a rabid mob of ignoramuses.
