He repeatedly blames the network saying all they are reporting is Republicans’ hypocrisy while overlooking Democrats’ equal hypocrisy on the Supreme Court issue.

Gorsuch was confirmed even though he is a right wing ideologue with ideas that are utterly repellent to most of us.

Yeah, we complained about him as a pick and most of us don't like him being there, but his confirmation went fairly smoothly.

Kavenaugh was an entirely different kettle of fish for reasons we all know...sexual assault claims (multiple), odd financial information, and his arrogance at anyone from the Democratic side asking him any questions.

When President Obama offered Garland, it was the offering of a moderate to keep the balance of the court rather than someone farther to the Left.

Where is the hypocrisy? Where?

I really, really hope that our party is willing and able to increase the size of the court and/or put term limits on terms. Yes, it would shorten the time of someone like RBG, but it would also shorten the time of people like whatever nutjob will be that orange thing's choice and it would allow for thoughtful choices rather than "who is the youngest person I can put on?".

Still not seeing the hypocrisy at all.

But he’s ignoring the fact that we didn’t have the power to make the rule. They did have the power and they exercised it. So their hypocrisy was and is substantive.
