If the TF is acting in a way that is counter to that oath, then RESIGN. Stop with the Susie Snowflake Collins pearlclutching statements of distress. Its disrespectful to the families of the 200,000+ dead Americans you failed to protect and its disrespectful to the rest of us living day after day in this nightmare with the specter of a Covid 19 death clutching at our sleeves.

(10,828 posts)If you recall, she sat there straight-faced when Trump suggested injecting bleach into patients and/or UV light. If ever there was a pivotal moment that was it. She destroyed her own credibility with the 'go along to get along' posturing.
Sorry. No pity party for Dr. Birx or anyone else who knew better but did nothing. She contributed and signed several bricks for the Road to Hell.
