Anyway, this "EO" is toothless. No hospital or clinic will intentionally allow any of their personnel to kill a viable live birth. The issue will come up when the baby is too disabled to survive for more than a few months in excruciating circumstances, and someone decides it's more Godly or something like that and force the hospital or family to torture a dying baby in the name of their personal cult opinion.
