What he says here (and I do my best not to listen to him at all, so I honestly don't know exactly what he said) is irrelevant.

The model actually is Richard Nixon's resignation. At the time a lot of countries expressed surprise that it happened so smoothly and yes, peacefully. Donald Trump doesn't own the office of The President. He merely occupies it right now. His term will end at noon on January 20, 2021. All of his furniture and belongings will be in the process of being moved out at the time Biden is inaugurated. He has no choice.

People need to stop pretending that he does.
