As if we didn't have enough to be concerned about. President Biden is an existential threat to Putin

For the last four years Putin and Russia have suffered zero consequences for their past and current meddling in our elections. Actually they have been rewarded for their efforts. That is about to change. No one is talking much about this but I think it will be an enormous issue on day two of Biden’s presidency. Putin knows this. Putin has had his hand up trumps ass for these last four years and now the chickens are going to come home to roost. From economic sanctions to the refreshing of NATO, Russia is about to get hammered. The western world is about to push back...hard.

The time between Biden’s victory speech and Inauguration Day is fraught with peril. With a lunatic president still at the helm and a freight train known as the United States of American bearing down on him Putin is bound to freak out. He knows that he has so damaged his country’s reputation and standing in the world due to his actions against the United States that the retaliation coming will be welcomed by the rest of the world too. And make no mistake, that retaliation is coming.

My great concern is that Putin and his criminal game of billionaires kill people they don’t like. You can bet that trump would do nothing to prevent such an occurrence, he may even use it to attempt to retain power. No other human on earth is as suitable for allowing Putin to attack the United States with no consequences being anticipated as is trump.

Biden, with a democratic senate and House would be Putin’s greatest nightmare. That period just after the election and just before inauguration could be our greatest time of threat since Pearl Harbor.

But at the same time he’s playing the long game. His Trump gambit has already been highly successful. Moreover, his ability to sew chaos in the US doesn’t end with the Trump presidency. Ruler for life, he’ll continue to play the long game, sewing chaos, and he’ll wait for his next big opportunity, starting with the 2022 midterms.

When we get our country back, the giant will awaken. Putin will rue the day he fucked with us.

And hopefully quite a bit stronger of a response than just sanctions.
