I listened to it twice...

So...would it be productive for babies to be born in six months? I would like to know what he was talking about before and after that crazy comment.

The word he is intends (early in the sentence) is "torn," rather than "born"

I know he intended to say "ninth" but he clearly slurred the word, sounded more like "night" or "nint."
