How can you respect the role of the court when you have judges who see no problem applying different rules and standards for purely partisan, self=interested reasons? There is a word for that and it is called corruption.

“dramatically flip the balance of power." It WOULD dramatically flip the posture of the 'Ginsburg seat,' nothing more; 'they' would still be in the majority on the Court.
