For my 10,000th post.
On this milestone I thought I should say something profound or something but all that comes to mind is:
Joined in Nov.of 2004 trying to find some sense of the Kerry loss. I hope we're not going to be there again.

I was bitter over the Gore loss, but I just couldn't understand how the American people could re-elect a war criminal to be the POTUS. Then 2016............

And I remember that loss well, and here we thought at the time that this was as bad as it could get!

Hope we're all still around for 10K more.
But in these dark times - which we couldn't have anticipated even when George W was in office - at least we have DU and each other for encouragement and reassurance. DU is a special gift.
